2. Services

TaxcorePlan offers personalized planning services designed to help clients implement structures free from certain taxation obligations. Services are scheduled upon confirmation and may include strategy sessions, document preparation, and ongoing support.

3. Info Products

We provide digital info products such as guides, tutorials, and workshops. Access is granted upon purchase and delivered via direct download or secure link.

4. Goods

We may offer physical goods such as printed manuals or branded materials. Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and planning. Clients may reschedule a session once at no extra cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Info Products

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our team. If the digital materials have not been accessed or downloaded, we will process a refund within 14 business days via the original payment method. Once access has been granted, no refund will be issued.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original condition. The client is responsible for sending items back at their expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund within 14 business days using the original payment method. Customized goods are not eligible for refund.
